I’ve realized that if I’m really going to be successful with maintaining a healthy lifestyle, I need recipes for weight loss and overall good health. And they need to taste really good! The Results

The results are still in process as I’m early in this new way of eating, but so far I’m really pleased! I’ve lost weight and definitely feel more energized throughout my day.

Other Helpful Tools

This book is nothing like a diet book that would just tell you what to do. Joel really lays out how to do this and provides all the tools and resources you need, such as easy to follow meal plans, a LOT of recipe ideas, food lists, and more.
