Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings & Drumettes

This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of The Chinet® brand for IZEA. All opinions are 100% mine.

Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings & Drumettes are super easy because they are baked, not fried. Whether it’s pre-holiday snacking or game day munching, they’re delish!

One of my favorite parts about the holidays is not the main holiday meal. I actually look forward to all the pre-holiday & post-holiday snacking more than anything else. It could be because we have the games on or all the family is just gathered together but there’s less stress than on the big-meal day. But we sure love to put out a big spread of party food & just let everyone graze while we visit & enjoy our time together.

Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings & Drumettes

One thing we always serve is wings & drumettes. We make them in a variety of ways, some fried, some smothered in sauce. But about a month ago we visited a local restaurant & I had a basket of wings with a garlic parmesan coating that was to-die-for. I knew I had to come home & come up with my own version & that’s exactly what we have here.

These are absolutely the perfect food because guests can nibble while they wander. They are great for grabbing a couple while you watch the next play or whatever else may be happening during the visiting time.

Because there is already so much happening in preparations for the holidays, which can make them so stressful, I use Chinet® Classic White™ dinner plates and Chinet® Cut Crystal® plates and cups for holiday entertaining. It REALLY helps keep clean up easy. Since all Chinet® products are disposable, they’re SO easy to clean up – just throw away when done! I especially love that its white & matches everything I want to pair with it. Plus it’s convenient, stylish, & I love that they are sturdy enough to handle this massive plate of wings with ease.

Be sure to grab the Chinet® Classic White™ dinner plates and Chinet® Cut Crystal® plates and cups like we did for your holiday entertaining. Stock up on entertaining essentials for Thanksgiving and Christmas.

  • 2 pkgs – approx 40 chicken wings/drumettes
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp granulated garlic + more for dusting
  • 2 tsp season salt
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese- divided

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • Combine oil, pepper, season salt, garlic powder, 1/2 cup parmesan cheese & chicken in a large bowl & toss to thoroughly coat the chicken
  • Lay out in a single layer on a large baking sheet with rack
  • Bake at 374 for 1 hour- or until juices run clear
  • Remove & sprinkle with remaining parmesan cheese & additional granulated garlic
  • Enjoy!

To make in the air fryer – reduce the recipe by 50-75% depending on the size of your air fryer or work in batches. Be sure to spray the coated wings with oil before cooking. Cook the wings at 380 degrees for 24 minutes – flip halfway through. Then increase the temp to 400 degrees and cook for another 6-8 minutes or until golden brown.
