It is much easier to run through the drive-through and pick up a quick dinner than it is to make dinner at home. It is with Campbell’s Skillet Sauces. All you need is 15 minutes to prepare a meal your entire family will enjoy. We tested out Campbell’s Chicken Marsala Sauce. We simply browned some chicken breast, added the sauce, let it simmer and then served it over pasta. We made some simple steamed broccoli as a side. We took 15 minutes from start to finish and it was much more satisfying then that drive-through meal we might otherwise have resorted to.

Campbell’s Skillet Sauces are a great product to have on hand that does not require a trip to the grocery store to pick up special ingredients. You know those recipes where you can’t even identify some of the ingredients let alone have them available in your pantry at a moment’s notice? I always keep chicken breasts and pasta on hand and I’m pretty sure you do too. Rather than racing through dinner, spend that 15 minutes cooking for your family and spending time together.   1. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  2. 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast
  3. 1 package Campbell’s Marsala Skillet Sauce
  4. sprinkle of salt and pepper
  5. pasta
  1. Prepare the pasta according to the directions on the package.
  2. Dry the chicken with a paper towel.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Cut the chicken into bite sized pieces.
  5. Heat the oil over medium high heat in a large saute pan.
  6. Brown the chicken on both sides.
  7. Add the marsala sauce.
  8. Bring to a simmer.
  9. Lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  10. Serve over pasta with a side of steamed veggies.
