Can I freeze homemade fudge? Yes. The best method to freeze your fudge is to leave it uncut in a solid block or large hunks. Then double wrap your fudge with plastic wrap. Finally, place your fudge in an airtight container.
How to thaw frozen fudge: Place your hunk of gluten free fudge-y goodness in the refrigerator to thaw with the wrap on. Unwrap your fudge and allow 15 minute or so to breath at room temperature before cutting.

Gluten Free Fudge
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Prepare a 9×9 square pan by lining with plastic wrap. Leave overhang of plastic to easily allow removal of the the fudge from the pan when set.
Create a double boiled with a bowl over simmering water. Combine sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, butter and vanilla extract.
Stir until chocolate is fully melted.
Pour fudge into the pan and spread. This is when you can add toppings if desired.
Chill in refrigerator until fudge is firm.
Divide your fudge into squares and enjoy!
